Directions:

St. John s Wort (Hypericum perforatum, flowering tops) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water
Certified Organic alcohol
Certified Organic vegetable glycerine
Dosage:
Adults: Take 0.8-1.6 ml (24-48 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions and Warnings:
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner: if you experience sleep disturbances; if you are taking conventional medicine such as contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppresants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, SSRIs and or anti-epilepsy drugs; if symptoms persist.
Duration of Use:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial results.
Contraindications:
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
