Suggested use

Add 1 level scoop (or 29.5 g) of Rivalus Clean Gainer™ Smooth Vanilla Protein to 8 fl. oz. of water, skim milk or soymilk in a glass or shaker cup. Mix for 20-30 seconds or thoroughly blended and free of clumps. Consume one serving daily after exercise and on non-training days mixed with breakfast for best results.

Since Rivalus Muscle Gainer contains whey protein concentrate, it may contain traces of milk residues and soy and eggs.
