Directions:

Adults can take up to 2 capsules each day with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Consume with medium chain triglycerides derived from coconut oil to avoid side effects. Drink plenty of water. Maintain proper electrolyte balance while on a ketogenic diet. May cause vomiting diarrhea dizziness, in which case discontinue use.
